1. Wet your clean nose and around the nose with a generous amount of water. 2. Remove the transparent film off the sheet by using dry hands. 3. Apply the nose trip onto your nose, starting from the bridge and working your way out, and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. After 10-15-minutethe drying period, remove the dried pore strip, from the outer flanks working inward. (Use 1-2 times a week. Do not use it more than 2 times in a row in the same area.)
