1. Remove the patch from the pouch and peel off the protective film. 2. Starting from the center of the chin, apply the patch upward along the jawline and hook the loops over your ears. 3. For best results, wear the patch for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. (You may adjust the usage time according to your needs, up to a maximum of 8 hours.)
