How to Use
In the morning and evening skincare routine, use the brush to gently sweep the formula from the roots to the tips of the lashes. Using the tip of the brush, apply along the lash roots.
(When using the eyelash serum before eye makeup such as mascara, allow the serum to fully dry first. Avoid contact with the waterline and eyes.)
