1. Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly. 2. Remove the white protective paper, being careful not to touch the micro-dot in the center of the patch. 3. After applying the patch to the affected area, press firmly from the center of the patch to press it into the skin. Press the patch vertically to the skin to help the micro-dots deliver the active ingredients more effectively. 4. After it has been in place for at least 4 hours, gently peel it away from the edges. Please leave on for at least 4 hours to allow the active ingredients to penetrate the skin. You can go to bed after application.
