[Black Grain Shampoo] 1. Shake the shampoo well to mix evenly. 2. Thoroughly wet the scalp and hair with lukewarm water. 3. Take a small amount for the first shampoo, lightly rub, and rinse. 4. Take another amount for the second shampoo, lather again, and massage every part of the scalp with your fingertips. 5. Rinse thoroughly to ensure no shampoo residue remains. (For those with scalp concerns, do not rinse the lather immediately; leave it on for about 1 minute before rinsing.) [Black Grain Treatment] 1. After shampooing, apply the treatment evenly throughout the hair and rinse after about 3 minutes. 2. For severely damaged hair, apply the treatment, cover with a steam towel for about 5 minutes, then rinse.
