Use it once a day as follows. 1) Wet your hair and scalp sufficiently with lukewarm water. 2) Take an appropriate amount in your hands and apply evenly to hair and scalp, working into a lather. 3) After 2-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
