Saturate a cotton pad with the formula and gently wipe makeup away, sweeping from the center of the face outward along the skin texture. For point makeup, lightly press for about 10 seconds to dissolve makeup, then gently wipe away. This is a no-rinse cleansing water. If desired, finish with lukewarm water or follow with a light second cleanse.
